We can’t, however, guarantee absolute durability of our products or parts. It is possible that signs of wear will appear; particularly as a result of regular and intensive use. Factors such as extremes of temperature or humidity; or strong direct sunlight can lead to premature wear, as can contact with cleaning materials or some cosmetics.
Is There A Call Out Charge?
Do You Ever Work For Free?
No. Work is generally charged on an hourly rate basis. The current rate is £80 per hour (total cost for an electrician and an apprentice) – with a 50% discount applicable on most works.
Do You Have Customer Parking?
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
We charge you for 50% of the cost of the appointment if cancelled within 48 hours. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice then whole amount is payable. We are very sorry but there are no exceptions to this. We advise that you take out some comprehensive insurance if you want to protect yourself from any unforeseen, but unavoidable cancellation charges.
